About Pip
Pip, property valuer turned full time mum turned full time baker, shares a love of high-quality baked goods and a passion for all things handmade. A self-taught pastry chef and bread baker. Pip has been making Sourdough for 8 years now, the sourdough passion evolved after her sister made and shared a sourdough starter 8 years ago. That starter has since been shared between family, friends, friends of friends, neighbours, mother’s groups and interstate.
Her love of pastry and lack of it locally led to a want to create it in beautiful flavours and share it with the people of Gunnedah.
Pip and her husband’s property experience helped them acquire the site for the bakery where you will find her create hones, soulful and delectable bites you won’t be able to say no to!
